How can I pay?
You can choose from one of the following payment methods: Credit card, Western Union or Bank Transfer.
- Credit card We accept Visa and MasterCard for all payments.
- Western Union If you would like to send money by Western Union, please write us an email. We will send you all the necessary details as soon as we can.
- Bank transfer
If you would like to send money by bank transfer, our bank details are as follows:

How can I get my order processed really quickly?
For service subscriptions, we need a signed contract and a copy of your Identity Card or equivalent. If you have bought hardware by credit card and you are located outside the European Union, it may be necessary to send a photocopy of the credit card. Documents can be sent by email or by fax to +39 050 3870808. For further information see the documents section in the User Area.
How quickly will the service be activated after I have paid for it?
The activation office is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm GMT+1. We will activate the service as soon as we receive the correct documents requested.
When will the order arrive?
If the item is in store, we will send it within 24 hours.
What can I do if I want to return an item or cancel an order?
If you change your mind, you can return the hardware (in the original packaging) within10 days of receipt. If you have not used the service, Broadsat will refund your money within 10 days of the confirmation of order. However, we cannot offer a refund if more than 1 MB of traffic has been used.
How much VAT do I have to pay?
All the prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT unless specifically stated.
