How it works

wiGo has been designed for ease of use of both the user management and the network access.

Easy and functional user management

The following operations can be carried out:

  • registeration of new users on a single interface
  • printing the login data (login name and password) on cards to give to your customers
  • viewing and editing the user status and the connection status on a few pages




Internet access in 2 clicks for all your customers

  • turn on your portable device (notebook, laptop, PDA or SmartPhone) and select the displayed wireless network
  • a customisable welcome page will appear
  • enter your login name and password to start browsing



Subscription types

  • time-based: the user can access the service for a predeterminded period of time (e.g.: one day, two days, one week, etc)
  • consumption-based: the user can access the service for a predeterminded total duration, for example 30 minutes can be used over a period of time (10 minutes on the first day, 10 minutes on another day and 10 minutes on yet another day).

All these features, as well as the user accounts and the user traffic, can be managed on an easy-to-use interface.

Each customer can check their remaining credit, their total traffic and their total connection time in their user area, where they can also top up their account with extra traffic.
